
I am fully immersed in my own professional development and personal leadership, where I have taken initiative to be involved in the Real Estate Club and the Real Estate Fellowship. The Klump Center Real Estate Fellowship is a white collar program, of select, ambitious real estate students, which has provided me with the opportunity to obtain a Wall Street Prep, real estate financial modeling certification and an Altus Group, Argus certification. Weekly meetings in these programs allow for conversations about the industry and networking with industry professionals. I have also had the privilege of participating in the BASCOM Case Competition, where my team and I were awarded 1st place. The Klump Center has provided opportunities for Real Estate oriented treks where I have attended the trip to New York and Denver.

The Fellowship allows students receive exposure to opportunities, skills, and resources to cultivate leadership in the Real Estate industry, among other
highly invested students.
